Yesterday I jogged steady for damn near 25 minutes. I am not exactly positive how many minutes I actually ran/jogged but I THINK I only walked maybe 4 minutes. I was pretty proud. Last night Jay made meatballs in a tub of sauce. I did splurge on two pieces of white bread which felt dangerous. Until about 4 months ago, I hadn't eaten a slice of white bread in years. I am not certain about how much red wine I even consumed.
I am not certain as to whether or not it was healthy or not. Probably not.
I haven't been eating fast food at lunch any longer. That is something that is saved for a very special "cheat" day. I have resisted Taco Bell, Arby's, and even take-out sushi for the past couple of months. The slow progress that is happening right now is killing me. I can't be too angry at the system because like I said before, I haven't been good on the weekends. I know that I need to back that off big time.
I am also thinking of eating the same salads at night that I do for lunch but adding a soup to it or something. The only thing is that I am concerned about getting burned out.
I will keep logging my progress.
